We are having Fun and the Weather is cooperating for once. As you well know, the Tog closure was lifted Tuesday, September 29th and we couldn't wait to go Togging, so off we went. After trying several places out, we caught a few and then the winds kicked up and we headed home.

THURSDAY, October 1st, the weather was absolutely beautiful and the winds laid down so off we went again. A few Regulars came down along with some First Timers. Several Tog were caught along with a 3 pound Trigger Fish caught by Casey McGinnes from Hockessin, De., who also won the onboard Fish Pool with this unusual catch. This was Casey's first ever Headboat trip and she came down with her Dad - Jim, Mom - Peggy and sister Meg. All had a Great Time. We plan on Togging again Tomorrow, Friday, October 2, and we have plenty of Green Crabs for Everyone. The "Reliable II" leaves promptly from the Dock at 7:00 a.m. Price is $40.00 per person which includes your Bait and Rod Rentals are $5.00 each with Tog Set Up or you can bring your own Rod. Come Down and Catch Some Tog and Have A Fun Day On The Delaware Bay.

ALERT!!!!!! Today is Thursday, October 1st and the Monthly September Mega Cash Pot ENDED yesterday with Ben Bolton as the Winner for the Third Month In A Row. The Monthly Cash Pool ended at $65.00. Ben and his wife Teresa will be down this coming Sunday for Tog Fishing and we will get another picture of Ben with his Mega Winnings. Congratulations Again To Ben!!!!!!!! The Annual Mega Cash Pot is worth to date Sunday, October 4th a Whopping $553.00 and the Flounder to Beat is 5.5 pounds caught by Faye Griffith from Seaford, De. The Annual Mega Cash Pot will end October 31st. So you still have plenty of time to catch a bigger (Heavier) Flounder. Flounder like to hang out with Tog so we will be going where they live. Also, we have decided NOT TO DO a Monthly Mega Cash Pot for October, instead we will take all monies collected from this date on and put toward the Annual Mega Cash Pot.

THE TOG ARE GETTING BIGGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FRIDAY, October 2nd and we are out Togging again. The Tog are actually getting bigger. Judy Smith from Felton had a double header Tog on the line and both were legal size. That really stirred the excitement onboard. Donald Lawrence from Leipsic caught some nice Tog. Sture Andreasson from Kungsbacka, Sweden won the onboard Fish Pool with a 4+ pound Tog. Sture is here for a month on vacation visiting with some relatives which all came today which are Don Foley, John Larson and Jack Foley. This was Sture's first ever Headboat trip fishing in salt water. All had a great time and will hopefully be back on Sture's next visit to our country. Congratulations, Sture for winning the Fish Pool with your Great Big Beautiful Tog.
